??After seeing good reviews, i went to concept mannequins, while taking order Mr Gagan was very sweet and took advance, but now when we are asking him to deliver the material, he is refusing to deliver and refusing to give advance back Concept mannequins is a big fraudulent company Especially Mr Gagan is a big fraud Never ever buy any product from them or give advance Big cheaters

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A VENDOR. DO NOT USE CONCEPT MANNEQUINS. Gagandeep S. Bhatia is extremely incompetent, as is his assistant Neha. Unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM TO GIVE YOU A MANNEQUIN ON TIME OR EVEN THE RIGHT ONE FOR THAT MATTER. I had placed an order for a mannequin that I was extremely particular about in terms of size, and aside from the delayed delivery date- they had sent me the wrong one! Then to send me the actual one that I wanted after that they made me wait a week and then yet again the mannequin was not delivered on the proposed date, after which the entire team had started ignoring my calls and not responding to me. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.
