"From this service center we have repaired our Matrix Epabx. It is in warranty so I have not paid anything. Time taken is 2-3 days to fix the issue. Two person came for the repair. Totally it have 12 extensions and now it is working fine without any problem."
"Regarding my official purpose I had installed EPABX by SR Electronix, they had responded well and had given Tata Photon service, lines are around in 30no. Charges were around Rs10000 range including all the service charges. All the lines are working fine. Good service it was through them."
