The front staff is excellent, true gentleman but the guy who handles Western Union in the back is a total disaster to this brand. His attitude is like he is lending money to the customer. This guy has no talking sense, no customer centric approach, no politeness. He is rude & arrogant. I was regular to this business for 2-3 years but every time this guy was in-tolerable. Today he crossed all heights & this would be my last day of doing business with your company. I feel terrible while giving 1 rating to your company cos the 2 guys who handle the front desk are excellent in their work but this 1 guy spoils the entire experience. Change him or more & more customers will leave as I did

They also do passport services and collected money from me on 8.1.2019 and promised to send processed application within 7-10 days. It is already 24.1.2019. They dont answer phone call and never reply emails. I am thinking of taking further action with the local police
