Very bad experience. Four days earlier I got my Daikin ac repaired by your service enggineer Mr Yusuf Zai Pathan. After defect rectication, he has taken full payme t by promising that plz call him back within 10 days if any problem exists. Now, as the performance of AC is not satisfactory, the guy is not picking up phone. It compel me now, not to beleive in local repair agencies. Lesson learnt never make full payment, untill u r satisfed.

I got an excellent response and service from this Shahbaz Ahmad, Thakurganj (Shahbaz Ahmad). I was looking for General Service for my Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC which is in Out of warranty period so contacted them. They responded quickly and technicians came to my house. They have done the wet service with perfectly on time and Now it's working fine. They have charged me at Rs.800 with including service charges, which is a very reasonable amount. I am satisfied with their service.
