This is cheater home designer.In starting he will talk sweet and buttering after deal he will demand every correction. Don't visit any cast at this.... Also he increased charges if anybody make connections. Very bad behavior after sometimes when u maje corrections.

if floor plans will increase fees will be increased.as simple as that. one can't own mercedes at the price of maruti. Thank you
