I bought the SAMSUNG LED SMART TV and within 3 Months of Buying. It's brightness and Screen display issues Started. And Suddenly TV screen was dull and Suddenly Stop Displayed but Sounds output continue came from TV. I reported the same issue to Dealers. They arranged a Technician visit on 26th July 2021... Technician Said Display Pannel Need to be Replaced/Change.. I Said Ok, But Give the Service Reports Copies whichever You Said.... He Refused to Give.... Same I Told to Shreeji Person..... Bhai Plz Say to Them Provide Physical Evidence Because Within 3 Months An Branded Products are Not Working Properly So What's We Have to Do... And Reply Was Fabulous : "That's Company Policy we can't help you, I Gave you Number of Service Center U Can Call and Arrenge...." If Someone Buying From Nearly Shop By Avoiding Online Shopping for Such Kinds of Replies... Then Why Should People Buy This Form Local Shop Yaar..

Pathetic Customer Experience. Zero manner on how to interact with customer. Better Go to Laminton road or some other electronics but not Viraj in Mulund. They are expert in wasting your time just to tell you "Nahi Hai".

Pathetic Experience I ever had. Really, I don't find any words to describe VNS Electronics for Service, ridiculously it is with my Sansui LCD bought a year back with like a wow feeling. As a year was on a edge my LCD suddenly blacked out not able to start, Immediately I reported to VNS Electronics (Vikhroli, East) with the above regards. They reverted by EOD Engineer would be at your place so kindly don't go any were. It was joke for them I think so, till that date almost torward 20 days the word by VNS are the same. I myself and family had visited for almost 7-8 times, and spoke to VNS for almost around 20 days regularly, till date they repeat the same words (abhi thode der mai aap k yaha engineer aa jayega/ mai kya karu itna din koi nahi aaya to jo karna hai tum karlo) But still no response, no visitor. They don't have some manners how to speak to the customers. No mannerisms, no ethics, no responsibility, no response. After all these mess it was to very easy to scrap my LCD. Requesting all to never visit VNS Electronics (Vikhroli,East) for any purchase please, or else you would be also writing these kind words in your purchase warranty period. Really worst, pathetic, ridiculous service.
