Worst experience.... My saree got a iron box burn hole due to their immature and irresponsible handling.They were not ready to admit their mistake. I called them to complaint about it but they shout at me and cut the call.. Is it the way it deal with the customer?? They were not ready to give money for my burnt saree. I can't use my saree again ?? A very very worst experience... Don't ever go to this beauty parlour. They are not customer friendly and they won't accept their mistake

My experience at Latelier Beaute has been very pleasant and never had an opportunity of disappointment.Extremely professional in services that they offer.Always a lovely experience and the staffs are very welcoming and friendly! Specially during this pandemic the place is very clean and safe,they also use maximum safety measures to do their treatments. I would recommend this salon to all people in and around Trivandrum.I was made to feel at ease and hope you would too.

Beware!!!! Dnt hire her, believe me u can do better make-up for urself than her. Very poor quality service , she will charge u money more than Lakme n L'Oreal n tell u she will be using all good products but later U'll come to know she has all outdated products few products were of oriflame that too very old one, she Dsnt even know the difference b/w party make up n bridal make-up, I had booked service for 6 people she had only one lipstick shade for all ,n no bindi(??????) no hairpins . she doesn't even know how to drape Saree ,she took 4 attempts to drape one simple Saree , but yes one thing she knows very well is to give long long explanations n excuses for her obvious mistakes. There is no option for negative rating otherwise I would have given her minus 5 stars ..
