They are selling sub standard products procured from local agra market with own label . recently i bought a pair whose sole got apart within two hours of using and the staff neither acknowledged the product nor replaced. more disgusting was that accepted the product was already from defective lot and sold off yet they won’t do anything regarding it

It is a very good place for shopping of any kind of footwears for Gents, Ladies and kids. It has branded shoes of Campus, Sparx, Lakhani, Bata, Relaxo, Flite, Bahamas etc and other articles in latest fashion & designs. Staff is courteous. After sales service is also very good.

Please donot but any footwear from this shop. They are fraud and in the name of cheap shoes they sell shoes which you cannot wear even twice. And they take 30 days to repair the shoes. Also once it's repaired you would need to get it repaired again and again. Even the fresh lot is bad quality. They don't stay good even for couple of wears. Just and advise save your money and don't but from soft and sleek.

I ordered a band sealing machine with this company and sent advanceRs.20000. He showed a GOOD machine while placed the order for Rs 25000 + taxes and sent a low priced band sealer after one month (committed within 4 days). And he has not yet filed GST for this invoice. This Royal Khan Company is not genuine... He is not picking calls after received the product. Complained in whatsapp multiple times & no reply from him. After one month of followups. REALLY FEDUP WITH THIS GUY... DON'T FALL PREY ON THIS COMPANY...
