2 minutes ago Mr. Amyn Manji if you are reading this review then kindly take strict action. Its my humble request to you. My Internet is down since 3hrs as I'm typing. Tried calling customer support, sent message to Illiyas, Rizwan, You but all are quiet. There are tons of other customers facing similar issue like me. The website gives php error. App is like very average. The charges are high compared to other isp like Youbroadband, hathway. Staff reports to work after 11am. And Sunday is chutti.

All the reviews that actually say 5 stars are fake. Its impossible that people will even give 3 stars. I am using their service and I am letting go of my money and switching to hathway since they are worse than you broadband. Their staff is rude and they charge you the full amount but dont do a complete installation. Charged me for the cable but used my old cable. The speed sucks, its constantly buffering. Worse connection I have had in my life and the worse experience I have had with a service provider.
