Gem Mines - Certified Gems Karol Bagh Delhi

I have purchased opal stones from Gems mines on 13 September 2022. They delivered it the stone to me on 15 September without the certificate. Earlier they claimed that certificate will be given free of cost in their you tube channel. Finally when they agreed they asked me to courier the stone from Gurgaon to their office in Karol Bagh. They received the parcel on 21 September. After the testing of the stone was done, I received a call on 26 September that your courier has been sent but till date that is 3 October, I am still waiting for my stone to get delivered to my place in Gurgaon. Mr. Amit Gupta contact details are not available anywhere, I believe his employees are fooling me around. It’s seems to be cheating issue, paid almost 12 K for this stone. I should have purchased it near my place in Gurgaon from the mall. I went all the way to Karol Bagh thinking their services will be genuine, attaching my bill for stone purchased from Gemsmines for all our you to refer.

their quality is too good and i must say if you're planning to buy stone then gemmines would be the right choice.
