It's service is worst, at the time of selling the folding bed, they told that if any issue come they will address it , but issue occurred and I called two times to Rajesh he just tried to convey that he will send some body to fix the issue but even after two weeks no body turn out. Then I visited the shop and there I met one old person, after telling my issue he told will look into but when it will happen he can't confirm also he was very rude and shouting like once sold he is not at all responsible for anything, and told he has so many shops so he can't liable to look all customers complaints, and stated abusing. So as a whole I would not recommend this shop

Remade a sofa and the raw materials used were of cheap quality became bad within 2 months. The nineteen thousand he charged was a waste. Does not take responsibility once work is delivered

We are very happy with the products. We bought a sofa cum bed,TV unit and a book case which are quite reasonable and quality is also good. The owner guided us to select the product and was very humble. Very happy with the experience. I will surely contact them for any future orders.

I recently shifted here in pune. Needed to Renovate my entire flat. i came across many interior designers but shivanjali interiors were the only one who could grab my attention. reason because they were so humble and generous, also They have wide range varieties to offer in interior designs. the management of time and space was just perfect and precise for us. the owner himself kept me updated as the work progressed. we are so grateful with there prompt and remarkable service.

MOST IMPORTANT - The owner talks and behaves in an extremely insulting and disrespectful manner with female customers. Also he behaves as if he is doing a favor on you by making furniture for your home/office. Once he gets advance money, he doesn't care about delivering the product/s at all. He even stops picking up the phone after we take few follow-ups. And if we go to shop to follow-up about the product, he gives idiotic and stupid reasons like delivery vehicle is not coming. Its better to shell out more money and deal with a professional furniture maker rather than dealing with such a manner-less and an uncivilized element.

The finishing which is available at showroom, you do not receive the same / receive very bad finishing, and also they do not bother to change of rectify the same as they don't deliver without full payment. It is very bad experience for me.
