I was quite impressed the way he handled the process. He has clarified all my basic queries about the building structures and quality of materials to be used as per the standards. He started the work with the aim of making this project as a benchmark in the particular location. I think he achieved the same. The way he managed the MMM (Men, Money, and Materials) during each stage of the project is appreciated. He used to visit twice a day to monitor the work which made us happy because we are remote from the site. His ideas and suggestions made the building a grandeur one. He handed over the project almost 99.9 % completed stage as mentioned in the agreement. Really, I am looking forward for another project under his work.
