always read the documents and fill the forms self do not trust upon the company managers blindly, what ever the manager promises should be taken in letter head of the company duly signed and stamped by that branch head or sales manager

verbally i was committed 14 to 15% CAGR y-o-y but it came out to be less then 3%, and very miserable service once premiums are get paid and no new business is given, adviser manipulate in connivance with the managers, the biggest disappointment is this adviser hand in gloves with the local managers at the time of taking out policies were exactly Gai and once valuation were questioned became sher as they say "Lete waqt Gai aur dete waqt sher". once they know that now this client is not going to give further business immediately the services get a big hitting, responsibility ceases of the adviser instead they start avoiding! Overall it has been very very bad experience and a unproductive investment with "Birla sunlife insurance", it is my sincere advise to all those who want to do new investments in life insurance should take every thing in recording and in duly authenticated signed attested papers, because what they promise verbally and what is realized is very different always!
