The worst security system
I installed it on January 6 th 2023
Please don’t waste your money on this
I spent close to 60 k for this system
They try to tell you about sensors and cameras and touch contact etc etc
It is so irritating , it’ll keep losing its power or ip address and you will get 200 notifications in 1 hour on your phone whether you working or sleeping
I have to keep my phone on silent since I got this and it’s person who installed tells at times of installation we remove it and refund it if you don’t like it. And when you are troubled about it they don’t respond to your messages or calls . Once the business is earned , it’s over for them . Ultimately I contacted the person who came to install and he picked my phone and I told him to get it uninstalled Pathetic system . Please don’t waste your money

I have installed a V-Protect system on 11 Apr 22 at my residence. After a week of installation I started arming the system. Within two days, one sensor malfunctioned. I was told a technical team will arrive to rectify. It is now 54 hrs - my system panel shows a red light - there is no response from V-Protect, despite me speaking with the Monitoring Station. Poor show. Poor follow up to a new installation. No response from the Organisation. If it continues one may have to resort to the Consumer Court.

Guys please avoid this company! Working environment is very bad, Have No Value for work! humiliate their employees! strictly avoid! Owner himself has no value for work ! Very unprofessional, and unfiltered work atmosphere!
