Everyone has their own way to experience the services being delivered which can't be measured at all.Some people are easy going and do acknowledge the services being delivered similarly few people are tough to deal with as their expectations from service holders are non quantified.Anyways,we as a client has wonderful experience with Blueweb security system.They deliver what being committed and really on tip of the toes to fullfill their AMC services.Good to go in comparison to other electronics security player in market wherein people are not even qualified enough to sale these high end electronics security products and provide post sale services.

Wrost company to give customer service they taken money and manpower does not have skills to resolve the problem. Just a money minting company.

Beware ! Once you buy any product from them forget to get after sale service, they wouldn't even care to reply your email. If you want to talk to anyone senior you cannot as he has diverted his call to another number where that poor guy doesn't even know what is he doing there.
