Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service

this branch is very worst and pathetic i have surrender by policy on 3rd december still no update neither they have contact centre for get the information about refund status.

LIC Dadar Branch 897 is one of the worst Branch ever come across. BM Mr. Karve only talks, never delivers or support their Sr. Citizen customers too. My policy under PMVY is not delivered even after more then two months. On tweeter I have asked their Zonal Head to act but found no reply till date. God knows when I will get my policy

I really very disappointed with the behaviour of mr subhash hinglay. I submitted death claim policy on 5th march & I mail 8th time for claim settlement but no reply from 897branch lic of india. I personally call mr hinglay but he is not giving any reply . 3time I visit 897branch for death claim settlement every time they r saying in 5days u wll get claim amount but nothing happens thats y I really disappoint from 897branch lic of india. I wll never ever take lic policy from 897branch from next time.

Most of the time we are not able to connect on numbers mentioned as the numbers are either old or not updated And this cause lots and lots of inconvenience to Customers Specially the customers who are residing far from servicing Branch

Have taken Insurance service from this LIC of India. Their service was very good and the premium amount was nominal to pay.The staff service was nice and happy to take their service.

Taken Life life insurance policy in LIC Of India..in the beginning they deduct my cash from my salary account,after that I quit my job and I closed my account,and I need to them to deduct my cash from my husband account,so I got a form and filled up my details,now they are saying some issues in my account and making me very trouble,so i am not satisfied with them..
