We have been using services from Max Vision Solutions Provate Limited for just over a year and they are able to do almost anything with our Magento store. Easy to work with, very creative, responsive, and affordable. The project manager was extremely motivated and dedicated, and always had a solutions oriented mindset to solve whatever requirements we had. I highly recommend them.

I don't think the company is professional at all. I worked with them for multiple times. In the beginning, payments were immediate as the amounts were less. But then Akhilesh assigned me with 2-3 new tasks, for which we agreed on post payment. It's almost a year and Max owns me more than 10k. If a company cannot make payments, they are either actually not getting big projects as Akhilesh said to me, or they are not willing to pay the people who work for them. In both cases, they are not the right people to hire. I trusted them as I thought they are genuine, do not make the same mistake. :)
