I was a regular buyer for 5 years. Must have purchased 50 suits at least. Never had anything to complain. So they were very nice. One suit colour bled badly and I sent pics. The guy at the counter had categorically mentioned on asking that ‘bindaas wash kijiye’. Kabhi kuch ho to hum baithe hain. You are our regular customer. First time I shared in 5 years and they totally backed out. Suddenly started lying that dry clean was mentioned. This when we had shopped for around ?15000 that day and I was concerned about the other suits and called to politely ask them if we should wash them before sending for stiching so that they can send fabric back to the company. At least we won’t waste the stitching charges. Just in case others too are bleeding. It is their over smartness and shifting of blame that speaks of work ethics that has been more disturbing than the loss of money. Shameful dealing
