I got a bad experience that service rendered by this Khan Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Ambernath West, Mumbai. I have contacted them for Godrej brand Fully automatic - top load Washing Machine Repair because of facing some issue in that and which is in out of warranty period, a technician came and examined the washing machine, he informed that need to change gearbox, which we agreed and paid Rs.3000, they took 6 hours to replace the gearbox ,he has given 6 month warranty but on next day the same problem has occurred then again i called to him, He visited on the second time and said that need to replace display with suspension has been damaged he asked for another Rs.2000 for changed that we not agreed. For 2 visit with gearbox changed charges Rs. 3500 he has taken. He promised to visit today but still did not come

I had been looking for Washing Machine Repair Services, a person came to my place and checked the product. The service was a good and proper response and they solved the issue on the same day and charged 650 for that service, But which I feel was this is average service.

Searching for washing machine repair, then i found this center. 3000 was paid for the repair. the technician came and checked out the machine and he told that the motor was having the issue in the machine, so he replaced the new motor in the machine and did not return the old one to me. after that also, it was not working, so then he checked and found that there was a short circuit in the wire where it was sorted out. i also feel the charge to be very high. so I had a very bad service from them

Contacted this service provider to repair my washing machine a person came and said we he needs to change some panel and other spare parts which cost overall 3000 then we drop down our plan of repairing it.He quoted very high amount so I feel its average service.I paid 150 for visiting charge.
