Guys, This Ravi Kumar is not a professional worker, I have raised a complaint unfortunately with this guy, and he said mother board of ac has to replace and he charged 3500/- and service charge, and I have asked if it is geniune spare proceed or else don't proceed. He said it is LG original spare part with 6months warrenty. But fact is he brought local one when I ask he didn't even give the bill and he told very sweetly, he will come and attend the call anytime. Fact is next day onwards ac started with other problems, where as ac went door never closing, several time pinged over whatsapp. As I said he always says very sweetly will come for sure, but it has been almost a month, infact more than a month he never turned to attend the complainant. One more interesting fact about his ratings, he will call to customers on next day ask for otp of sulekha and he will fill his ratings to 5star. Luckily I have denied to share, and now I got an opportunity to reveal the fact about Ravikumar.

Very prompt and reliable service got from this "Bhavya Air Conditioners'. I called them to repair my AC switchboard issue. The service engineer who came for the service was very professional and have good knowledge of work. He has done the work very quickly, For this work, he charged me a very reasonable amount. I am very much happy with the service provided by them.
