"Well I introduced a bunch of 50 year olds to karaoke, thanks to KJ! He's a thorough professional even sitting miles away from Pune he made sure the event went smooth. We had our initial hiccups with the dongle playing 'ms pricey' on my laptop but KJ was confident and did not give up even though he wasn't physically present at the event. He had the right solutions and the most wise words to calm my paniking soul :) My moms 70th birthday was a hit thanks to KJ. A must try for all. ( *Feedback - if the technicians who accompany the dongle and the sound system must be trained or well informed about how to get the dongle to start - it would save a lot of heart burn :) ) "
