Applied for a new passport through this One Click Travel Solution, Dwarka. Their response was very good and I have submitted all documents for a regular base passport. I have paid Rs.3000 for name changing and to apply for the passport. The response given by them was good.

This man is highly unprofessional. He will not call back with an update and to get one update on my Aadhar card(for full one week), he wasted my full week and kept saying that there is no update. I checked for an update the same day (online) and it had been rejected. No sense of professionalism/ responsibility for a customer's urgency - even when stated. Not reliable at all. I wouldn't suggest his services And portals like JD/ sulekha should watch out before they betray their customers with such ads.
