Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I ordered a window from here. The price is attractive but the courier charge was ?400 which affects the bottom line. Then you pay an additional ?150 for handling when you personally go to pick it up. Item was damaged on one portion. No screws were given. No one accepts any responsibility! They blame you for courier issues!
