Very Unprofessional with Pathetic Attitude of Bilal. The team did a fair job for deep-cleaning of my home inThane Kolshet Road just before ganpati.However, they could not deliver the new fridge which we planned to buy through them ON TIME and my husband was unhappy with the vague and lame excuses and explanations given by the team of the most unprofessional peopleof Mapro. Eventually we decided to take refund of the complete house cleaning AMC contract(Rs 35000) which we had paid as we could figure out that this company is FRAUD with a team of most unprofessional attitude in Thane. Numerous follow-ups and telephone calls were made. Now they (Bilal & Jagdish Chaudhari) continue to avoid responding and have a very bad attitude.To our surprise there is no tracking system with them to find the status of any of the backend refund processing. Even after we have referred at least 2 clients to them, they do this!!!Its been 3 months and the reply which Mr Bilal gives is that the staff was o

Took the service from this Blue Star Thane West, Mumbai. For my Water dispenser repair & services Water leaking. I contacted this service vendor. I get immediate calls from them. They send a technician and they solved the issues. now my Water dispenser in working good. I paid 400 for the service charge. overall I am satisfied with their service.

Pathetic service. They don't bother to actually provide you the service they are meant to. They will follow up ant persuade you to take AMC and will do the first service because that's when they will collect the money. and then just forget to call you or provide you the services for which they have signed AMC. Thats what I facing for my Split AC AMC. Beaware of this service provider.
