Platina gold mixer purchased through Amazon 3 months back stopped working. Phone number given in warranty card is not valid. I doubt the bonafides as they are not traceable for repair though in warranty. Surprised that Amazon deals with such u profession non reputed and irresponsible manufacturers

Very bad shop, above written wholesaler for all electronics items, no don't buy any item they are not wholesaler , they fooling customers , before buy please check price.

They are Thief.. They came to Vadodara for furniture fair and took advance money and then went away without delivering it. Even the organisers are sitting around like idiots their promotor Mr Amit Mishra is not even receiveing calls it has been more then 4 months now we have still not got our goods. When we call for refund he is agressive and uses abbsuive language. Worst company no business ethics. Please refrain from approaching them. If you had same issue please contact me via this thread.

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional... Beware of these people. I was contacted under d name of Vijay Sales from where I purchased AC & warranty period got over. I thought d company is offering extended service plan n agreed. After payment I realised on seeing d receipt that it's 3rd party. The person who cleaned could not even fit d cover back properly. Even when I insisted he said it's correct. The AC started making noise and I had to call them up n complain & ask for refund(remaining amount as its for 3 years contract), post which another person came n fixed d cover properly. Due to covid issues v didn't tk service for an year n when v r calling them for service they pose lockdown as reason n ask for 2 days time everytime while others r working. Don't hv choice of giving 0 star rating so had to give 1 star. Very disappointed and feel cheated. Regretting of not insisting on refund at d beginning only.

Worst experience bought a croma refrigerator. With 3 yrs warranty. Has been facing a lot of issues with it. It stops working frequently. Had 4 tech visit problem still not solved. No body ready to help us out. Tried contacting call center no one is interested to see the problem. Technicians are also making fake promises for visit

Microwave repaired with 6 months warranty but soon after that it as hardly work and now not picking up the phone and not refunding 1500 rs ...so not at all recommended. Also, the address is fake. Please take strict action for that

Absolutely a fraud company. Have given me a confirmation saying thay I get transferred from Mumbai, they will refund the balance amount (from a 3 yrs AMC). But now Mr Sheikh and Mr. Vivek/vijay are not even picking calls when I am asking for refund. They are a cheats of first order... Never believe in them... Don't use waste ur money by enrolling into them. It's an honest advice and opinion.
