"I was a regular customer(member) at Enrich Mulund ,I had opted for an Extenso treatment for Diwali at The Enrich salon ,Mulund.In midst of the treatment i felt a bunch of front hair were twisted n rough instead of straight n smooth. When i asked the stylist, ******* ,she said it will b fine after the first wash. However,the hair has been permanently damaged. When approached, the Salon manager,Ms.******* asked me to undergo another treatment for Softening the kinks. After paying 8500/- one does not expect this!!I didnt opt for the option for a Haircut by them either. When i asked, why should i pay for someone’s mistake?Only response from Janhavi the manager was i will get back to you with best possible solution, since by her. I am still waiting for call from Enrich. Can any action be taken? Hope they read & Respond.they surely have lost a few customers(including a few members)after I shared my experience with my frnds."
