Travel was safe and comfortable and we also reached on time to the place. Very much satisfied of the services provided by this travel agency."

Cheating Travels.. I have asked for Innova for Pondicherry trip and i have paid advance of amount 500. one day before the trip i got driver message and when i asked the car Namedriver said it's Chevrolet enjoy vehicle so i have cancelled the trip and they said they will return the money. after calling multiple time they were tellign some stories and not refunded the money. My advise is don't book any car or don't pay any Advance money

I had booked a tempo traveller for my whole family to visit tirupati for a day trip. the driver provided by the travels was worst and the vehicle is also in very noisy. the driver argued saying he cant drive slowly when confronted by me. he was driving the vehicle at 60 speed on a speed breaker. he was fighting all his way with people on the road. would switch off the vehicles airconditioning whenever he feels like. I told the driver to drive slowly n he tells he that he will drive like this only. overall the worst experience of my life. so I decided to get the owners number and called him on his mobile n told him about the problem. so the stupid owner puts the driver on conference and the driver says that he promises on the job he does for a living that he didn't do any such thing. I would suggest all customers to never book urself any tour in this place because we pay them for service and at the end of the day they didn't provide that. worst service provided . please don't waste your hard earned money on this worst travel agency
