Pathetic service from Studio Head, Maratha. I approached them for Architecture service. I have given him the contract but he has forwarded to the third person. After that when I contacted him he was not picking up the call. He has taken the money in advance with the silly reason I want to pass this that. Then he contacted me and told I have given your work to the other person and given me the third person number. When I asked the reason he told I'm working on the other project. The third person is not living in my city and also not having the office. And the third person is getting the problems in approval. Rajat Pathak to whom I have given the contract doesn't bother even to contact me. When I was asking him to come to his office but he always told I'll come because he doesn't have any office or space. I paid Rs. 45000 but he didn't do any work.
