Do not every buy extra warranty from them.Bought symphony cooler and 2years extra warranty.cooler have stopped working within a year and no warranty or any help is given . Didn't provide us with warranty proof.

On the 14th of August. We took an Appointment (at 10 am)and visited the Store. We had to buy 6-7 different products from Siemens Itself. We were a little late as we didn't realise that there would be so much traffic. and soon as we walked in, the lady who was supposed to attend us informed us that she will not attend us after 11 am as she had a meeting. So we had to make all the decisions about lakhs of rupees on her given schedule. She did Extend her time with us till 11.30 am. However, the way she represented all the products were in so much rush that we didn't have time to think which Appliance would be best fitted according to our requirements. This is not how a customer is supposed to be treated!! She then Handed us to a chef who makes dishes off the appliances. Also, there was literally no one else to show us the products! So they were expecting us to make decisions on 6-7 appliances in one and a half hour How is that possible Very Very Upset with the company Staff!!
