where bad service having eureka forbes, I have purchased vaccum cleaner,very very bad experience with his two sales engineers 1) Mr. Ramesh jha (kalyan) 2) Yogesh shirore (Ambernath) works at eureka forbes, If you people are planning to buy vaccum cleaner from this above people, I would like request you to please dont buy from this above people. Dont entertain this above people. before sale having good talks once you purchase immediately there behaviour will change againts you. one buy vaccum cleaner one month before but still i didnt get training for the same & now no respond on telephone.

One of the worst service centres; they are very uncaring about customer service; follow-up always needs to be taken; and when I started asking more questions, they started acting rudely, which is a terrible way to treat a customer. In addition, whenever I kept following up on service, false promises were made without my knowledge, and RNP was closed without providing service. When they declare that the RNP Request must be closed after the visit before services can be provided, they are obviously acting without keeping any records. Vijay was on the back end team and Gowri was the CRM

Hi I have a very very bad experience with vijay sales malad palm court branch ..I have book l g ac window new model ..they have given me best rate with Cash back offer then I have accept hat offer but die to my hdfc card blocked I m not able to pay on time but I have paid 590 and book the same as per their instruction ..but when after 2 days I have visited then people change their word and told me ki woh ac they have sold and now no further stock ..this is horrible for me ..even Mamager also not cooprate ..only best rate given but not fulfill commitments ..after a three days some one called me and told me ki visit the show room. Aapka ac aa Gaya he so I have visited the show room again but samw person told me ki again woh ac they have sold me I don?t know what is in their mind .?? Why they have follow me ?? And what is in their mind ..finnaly again they have ?? hands up and not fulfill my requiemet ...I agreed no stock is avaiable but as a Coustemer I will not visit again ..sorry
