Indian Council For Professional Education Mission is a Non-Governmental, Non-Conventional, Non-Profit registered organisation with Government of India to impart Non-Conventional Courses to underprivileged, less fortunate, downtrodden and School Dropouts in Rural areas throughout India. It is governed by the Board of Academicians and Technicians from different fields. ICPEM Board Academic Affairs identified and prepared curriculum for more than 600 Courses tailored training programmes suitable to the need of Rural and Urban Youth. The Courses are designed for personal development of an individual or employment outcomes to gain skills that would better prepare them for the workplace and potential job openings. The educational program covers a variety of topics such as Arts, Languages, Business, Health Care, Technical, Computer Skills, Hospitality Skills and lifestyle; and are usually timetabled to be conducted in the evenings or weekends or Part Time to accommodate people working full-time. Mostly funding source comes from Course fee on no loss no gain basis. All the courses offered by ICPEM are practical oriented and prepare students for immediate job placement soon after they complete the training. ICPEM is not preparing students for a Government job, but gainful employment in the Private Sectors where there are plenty of vacancies available with excellent remuneration and Job Security. After completing her bachelor's degree in psychology she, because of her love for children took up a Montessori course and then landed her first job of teaching pre school children. While teaching she kept on upgrading herself by joining diploma courses for training pre primary, primary teacher training. Her career too kept growing and she became a academic manager of chain of preschool where she was responsible for curriculum development, teacher's training, setting teaching methodology processes and conducting regular audits. She also developed a set of student's work books for the pre-school. Right now she is visiting consultant involved with setting up of a pre school, training teachers and organising workshops for parents. She always nurtured a dream of giving back something to the education field which has given her so much knowledge and experience; her dreams have been transformed into reality by the birth of Crescere™ Montessori Teacher Training Academy.

ANTS Montessori Pre-School is a 6 year old establishment serving children between the age group of 1 to 6 years offering Toddlers, Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG programs. In today’s society of growing nuclear families and working parents, children need additional individual care, relaxed atmosphere and security of an extended family during the early formative (1-6 years) years. ANTS attempts to provide such an environment where children can experience a stress-free, playful learning and growing environment to thoroughly enjoy their formative years prior to stepping into bigger schools with larger campus and bigger crowds. ANTS offer a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere with a child centered happy environment with importance on cleanliness and hygiene ANTS adults/teachers are trained and certified by "International Montessori Teachers Training" accredited by International Accreditation Organisation, Headquartered in US. We maintain an Adult-Child ratio of1:10, i.e each adult has 10 children to observe and take care of. Our experienced support staff is apt in handling little children and is part of our extended family. ANTS Montessori Pre-School has been re-named from ABC Montessori HRBR since moving into a bigger, spacious campus in Banaswadi. ANTS Montessori Pre-school is part of ANTS Learning Centre which provides Day Care facilities, Activities center and Montessori Teachers training certified by IMTTI.
