I have called them for Window AC installation and service. They came almost an hour late, after service my AC was not cooling. They said the cooling gas has leaked and required a fix of leakage point and refiling the gas. I asked them to go ahead but they were not carrying the required stuff hence promise to return next day morning and left. Next day i had to chase them like anything and finally at 15:00 IST 2 technician came but without cooling gas. Again waited for an hour finally cooling gas arrived and fixed the cooling but display error E2 remain as is. However within 2 days AC stopped cooling, I called them again and they promised to come next day only ( As usual) However from next day since morning i called them till evening but they didnt even bother to pick the call or respond on whatsapp. I am really very disappointed with such kind or service and response. Please never ever go with them, else you will be a victim like me.
