Over-priced. Rude. Pathetic customer-service. They will bail out on your marriage event at the last moment to create panic situation, and then they will charge whatever rates they want. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FIVE PETALS SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE YASH EVENTS IS THEIR SOLE EVENT MANAGER AND YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OPTION, BUT TO PAY WHATEVER PRICE THEY ASK FOR. If you want to have your event peacefully, happily and fairly, please avoid Five Petals and Yash Events.
