DON'T EVEN THINK OF IT. My apartment was handed over in January 2024 for a completion date of 20 March 2024. It's March 2025, project is still suspended, work not complete, calls not being taken, advance money and additional money taken for implements one year back not being given back. And to my surprise, their office vacated and locked up! Absolute fraudsters, forced now to go in for legal action. Please protect your money and peace of mind!!!
Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem
“I am 70+ now and not seen such a fraud vendor in my life. The issues are: 1. She has quoted for initial work as RS 9,50,000 + 18% GST. 2 Advance was paid as per contract in July 2023 and the work was scheduled to be completed before Diwali. 3.Whenever and whatever amount she has been requisitioning the same was being transferred to her account by my daughter from USA .BTW the flat belongs to her. 4. We observed that inspite of complying with all the payment requirement there has not been satisfactory progress in the work. 5. I then decided to come to Bengaluru to personally see and chase the work. 6. On looking at the work done I was shocked to see that the workmanship was horrible and quality of materials used were not of specified quality. 7.In addition the actual measurements of cabinets installed are much less dimensions than actually quoted for. Some items are just 30% of quoted dimension. 8.Some items are not at all supplied but billed.
