We bought 2 desktops on the Configuration given by us from Chennai Computers, the charge what they have quoted was economic we handle everything over phone, I am really happy with their services.
Went in to restore my laptop & back up my data. But it turned out that my hard drive was defective and needed replacement. I was sad to find out, really sad. Srinivas, is very knowledgeable, courteous and let me know every step of the way the options I had for my laptop. He called me when he said he would and sent me an email on the status of my laptop. My hard drive was 500GB and he only had a hard drive for a little over 300. It was a desperate situation and all I really wanted was a working computer. Although, I was a bit sad that I didn't have the original hard drive capacity, Srinivas was able to restore my laptop with lots of enhancements and I like my laptop even more. Srinivas is really passionate about what he does and tries to find the quickest turn around for his clients. I'm happy with his customer service, price, & fast completion time. I will definitely be going back.
