I purchased the RO unit from them and also suggested to an relative. When. Even though have got an AMC when Problem arises they never take the call if they do they do not come for service

I had purchased Aqua purifier 15Littres 8 month Back, during this 8 month i had a 3 issues [Improper water Sensing Level, Water Leakage , continuous water outlet].<br/>For changing of Filter, they will charge 3000 rs even though if the machine under warranty, but they will say while purchase we wont charge you even 1Rs.<br/><br/>Totally Poor Response and bad quality filter they are using.<br/><br/>My advice to all don't prefer this dealer.<br/><br/>And one more thing, if u ask them to fix problem continuously, they wont do and instead dealer will say go for consumer court and put case,,,,

new water purifier purchased on 04/06/16. till date the leakages no t serviced. this is new machine. they are not ready to repair the machine after 6 pm.<br/> complaint registered consumer court
