Admn/nursing staff : Each and every staff is very kind and polite in getting the questionnaire to be filled in including the personal data about the medication to be obtained from the patients 2.PRO Mrs Sundari madam is very sincere and self dedicated to explain in detail about pre/post cataract surgery procedures to me with more patience Infact I called her many times to clarify some doubts which were answered very politely 3. the doctors by name Mrs Lakshmi and Mrs Umadevi who have tested my eyes prior to surgery were also very very kind and cleared my doubts with more patience and a smiling face ?????????? 4. Above all The doctor by name Mrs Anbarasi madam who did the surgery to me handled all the procedures with care and more devotion to duty What an experience in this field and what a perfectionist I can feel during the process ?????????????????? Even when I went for review next day this doctor answered all my daughter s questions and clarified my doubts with more patience "
