Raghu is very genuine engineer with an eye for quality. I have used his service to build my house and he has done an excellent job. Soft spoken and always available on call. I very strongly recommend Mr. Raghu and GD builders for your contracting requirements. I have also visited many of his site and all excellent quality construction.

Their promises on carpet area is also a absolute lie and when I found out this they negotiated on pricing again. For extra works they charge you hefty amount and say the completion got delayed because of additiona work given. If you look at the project in the name of Paruvath Viruksha Apartments in Vadapalani, they have separted A - Block by a compound wall and gate which was never discussed with any of us. In the C- Block he has put a unapproved construction and the certain owners have been asked to park their vehicles in B - Block. Now B-Block has become a charity block and owners of A Block have been given privacy by constructing a complete compound wall which is absolute partiality. He says he will take care of the maintenance and currently the charge is Rs. 3000 per month which is too high for a apartment with no facilities like Gym, Swimming Pool or any other amenities.

The builder and their employees speak very sweetly and when you go with any issues they offer you snacks and Bovonto and never allow you to speak. Suggest the buyer to go through the agreement and consult their own lawyer as their agreements are completely one sided and later stage you will not be in a position to go legal. Building has developed cracks in many places including terrace walls within a year and now they have done some reparing / rectification work. This reflects their quality of construction and they will say all branded items but never put any of them except for bath rooms fittings. Except the main door locks all are local brands which goes off in a years time. Wood work like window frames looks neat but when you have a close look you will finding quality issues in the wood as well as painting.
