Very bad. I purchased a high-end expensive automatic washing machine in January 2021. By April, we noticed some problems, Told the local service provider but nothing happened, Lodged two formal complaints after numerous calls and emails in May 2021. Till today, end July, they have not been able to figure out or resolve the problems. After lot of insistence and repeated calls, they first sent a technician on 26 June, but no follow-up action was taken. After raising the level, a senior technician came on 18 July. Did some tinkering and said that there would be no further problems and to try out the machine. When that didn't work, he came again, ran a washing cycle again but couldn't fix the problems. Said he would consult his engineers and they will call back. No such call came for two whole days. After a number of calls today, the local area head said he would send yet another technician. This would be your state if you make the mistake of buying an IFB product. No quality and service.

Big disappointment. Had called and registered a complain about washing machine not working. For the first call I made. It was attended by Rohit. And he said the technician would come on the next day to repair the washing machine. But it was just a lie. So I waited. No one came. So I called many times later. But all my calls were going to an answer machine. Tried calling from my other number, and Rohit picked my call and gave the same assurance. And all over again no technician attended, and no answer from the mobile number shown on Sulekha website.. I really don't recommend this person.. For any repair.

Had one of the worst experience with Madha Electricals, Salem. We had our sony TV on repair and he assured us to get it repaired and took along the TV with him and held it in his custody for 4 months and claimed Rs 5000 as advance but after the said time duration, in spite of our repeated questioning he returned the TV with the same fault and having done nothing, he stated that the TV couldn't be repaired and till date refusing to repay the advance. Every month he is reducing the amount by fake promising. He is termed to be one of the fraudulent service operator in salem by initially giving a fake assurance and fraud guy.

I am having Bosch front loading washing machine...called Madha service Salem...they took the board n got serviced from some other person. Even after servicing the board and charging 2500 the problem was not fixed. E17 is repeated again and again . I think dat he has no product knowledge n simply now saying change the pump .. Poor service
