"While I was searching for hotels I found this guest house and stayed here. They provided me room which was neat and pleasant. To stay for one day they charged around Rs650 which was excluding food. It was a double cot room so I felt very comfortable to stay here."

The worst guest house I have ever used in Chennai. We rented an AC room. They didn’t provide remote controller. The temperature was fixed. At the late of the night we became freezed where at the day it didn’t feel like we were in any AC room. The cupboard was broken. Toilet commode was broken and firty, we asked for to clean it, they told that they do not provide clean service in first three day. Behaviour of manager was extremely unprofessional. The worst experience in last 5 years.

Hospitality Worst ever service from the manager/receptionist, their lounge is always filled with drunkards and street workers as staff, not a safe place for family.Very poor hospitality, ill-mannered workers, they demand tips money even for showing you rooms before booking. Premises Filthy Slum - They display ?No liquor allowed? but when i went to see rooms while passing occupied rooms you?ll inhale the filthy liquor and Smoke smell. Price Overpriced congested rooms, they have placed 3 beds where only one double cot can fit, no foot space to roam around. You'll get deluxe room with dining table, wardrobe and free breakfast beverages in other hotels for far less value than this hotel?s 2 bedded room without space to even place your travel bag. Price changes daily, if you have asked for a price the before day, the following day when you visit they are demanding 40% more. They tell less in call, when you visit the story is different. When you finalize to take budget Non AC room due to the
