Absolutely worthless product. My sincere request for buyers is not to buy solar water heater from Kinara. I purchased a Pressurized 200Lts water heating system in 2016. I was told verbally that the product comes with a 5 year warranty. Upon asking for a warranty card, i was told that the invoice with date (attached) is a warranty card in itself. When my product reached 4 years and 3 months there was a major problem with my tank and panel which started to leak. Upon contacting customer service, they say that the warranty for a product which is worth 50k is just 1 year as the water used is a hard water. During installation, the sales person (Sridhar) did not perform any water testing nor cautioned me about this. I think it is their duty to educate customers. They took the unit in the name of repair and quoted me 38k for replacement of tank and 1 panel which to me is ridiculous because i was promised a 5 year warranty.
