On July 06th, I have given my 39" Sharp LED TV for repair to this 'Thug' known as Aqeel Ahmed. The very next day he returned me the TV, which worked for few hours and again started giving problems. For this he took Rs. 4200/- from me, and despite my insistence has not given any bill to me. He took the TV again, and after almost chasing him for 3 months, he said the TV can not be repaired. He has just returned Rs 3500/- and has not yet returned my TV till date. This guy Aqeel Ahmed having mobile no. +918506040927 is no lesser than a thief. I have lodged a complaint with Excise Department and am planning to lodge a consumer complaint. Such people understand only the language of law.

It is a good experience. Recently I have taken the service from S.K.Electronics, R.K. Puram to get repairing of my LG brand CRT/Standard TV for audio issue. They explained all the details regarding the service and they send me a technician. He came and checked the TV, he resolved the issue. He charged me RS. 1100 for the service including visiting charges. But their service was quite delayed. Overall my TV is working fine now, I am satisfied.
