OMC Civil Contractor Old Perungalathur Chennai

I have offered Omc Raj Rajendran a work contract for a 3700 sqft residential home in August 2020. He received around 80% of the money, but he has yet to complete my work and it has been almost a year. He visited to my site last month and took his materials without my knowing. Please consider my position. I requested that another individual do the task. He stated that 50 percent of the job had been finished and the remaining 50 percent needed to be paid. He is a money-minded and deceitful individual. He has no knowledge of civil work and claims to be an engineer, although he is not certified. Person who squandered my money and time. Please do not put your confidence in him and do not spend your money.
