Driver is Rude and will force you to pay additional money during the tour. We took Innova with Mr. Bhagirath as driver during last week of Dec 2022 for Jodhpur to Jaipur. We were travelling with family and kids. The tour was fixed for 1500 km for 5 days. There are many serious issues we faced. 1. When we were in the market in Bikaner and one of the passengers got sick, he refused to take him to the hotel alone (about 15 min away) and insisted that he will only go only once to the hotel and forced all of us to cancel our city visit and go to the hotel 2. Every day he would insist to go back to hotel before 8 pm as he had to do his dinner and kept calling continuously to force us to come back 3. He took additional money when we asked him to take a detour of extra 5 km on way to Jaipur, even though we were within kms. He stopped the car on the highway and would not move unless we agreed to pay the money 4. Forced us to pay 1600 toll for Jodhpur to Jaipur, even when it is only 420

We have booked a cab from Jaipur to Delhi and really they did their work with their full efficiency. They are very punctual and professional towards their work. We don't felt any discomfort in their cab it was so clean. I personally recommend Om Taxi Zone for any trip.

It was the worst experience. I used the car in rajasthan for 6 days. Earlier when I called them for enquiry of itenary the agent girl Hina Rajput shared it, earlier she was kind enough. I thought it will be a good trip experience but later there was no call from her post advance amount is paid. They will call continuously to get the booking confirmed. Once the advance amount is paid they will take customers for GRANTED. In starting Mr CB Singh (Santram Holidays Pvt Ltd) will talk very professionally, later on he will behave like typical unprofessional, unmanaged cab service owner, who left you in hands of driver who has every right to ruined your trip. Company Rajputana Cabs, Santram Holidays Pvt Ltd cheat people with the hidden cost. They don't reveal the hidden amount earlier while advance payment and later share the same on the last day of the trip at the airport drop. It was the horrible car service I came across. Worst experience with Maharana cabs. We booked AC mini bus for 6 days in Rajasthan but the owner Tushar Moolchandani provided us mini bus with broken AC belt. He promised us that he will repair the AC belt and driver tried but AC was not working from day 1. On day4 AC was still not working, So we requested him to take fare of non AC bus. But he refused and asked us to hire another bus for remaining 2 days in the middle journey. We already paid 90% amount so we didn't had any other choice to continue the journey. The difference of AC and Non-AC bus was 5rs/km. We enquired these rates from other travel companies. We have recordings of these call. But owner asked for 2rs/km only. Also after arguing with owner , we agreed with 2rs/km difference. But just then driver lied to us that his daughter is injured and asked 3000rs from us. He refused to drive the bus if we didn't pay the money. So we gave him 3000rs and asked him to drive as we were behind the schedule because of this argument. We made biggest mistake by hiring this cab service.
