"Hi everyone...anyone looking for best physiotherapist in Chennai and to avoid back bulge/ tear surgery, here I would like to recommend Dr.Hema physioclinic ...she is friendly,soft spoken and clearly dealt with patient . We were thinking of surgery, but she changed our thinking and helped to cure all with only physio. Since we are on abroad, she has forwarded physio video clip to cure l4 l5 disc bulge...we really wondered that it's completely cured only by her exercise videos and bed rest in a month..
