Unprofessional Behavior!! I recently purchased solar water heater from them, they sent someone who didnt have knowledge on plumbing, he installed solar system, to my surprise he wasnt sure which is the hot water outlet in my bathroom, there was no water coming from hot water outlet and he kept saying both hot and cold water will come in same tap and asked me to wait till next day to get hot water, he wasnt even ready to check and help me on fixing this. I called up Sampath Reddy and narrated this, he agreed that the plumber is not knowledgeable person & I need to arrange someone else. I asked him if I had agreed for plumbing service why should I pay extra to someone. They agreed and asked me to pay only solar cost but once I made the payment he started abusing me for not paying plumber charges and made me to pay 3% charge for paying thru Paytm. Please stay away from them. I am still not sure whether it will work or not. Need to find some professional plumber to fix the issue..

Had very good response and service from this dealer Reddy Technologies, Ramamurthy Nagar. Purchased new solar water heater from this business agency. Their service was great and charged me 23500 for that. The delivery was quick and the installation was perfect and given warranty period. I am gratified with their service.
