Well organized and reasonable rate. They don't over charge the customer which is a very good plus point. I had to take my printer for service as the nozzel was got blocked due to non usage of printer. They rectified it and dint charge anything extra as other local people dose. Honest management ?????
I recommend Ian to all future customers. I found it pleasure to deal with him He was very professional and very patient. I had a very slow laptop and he insisted on staying to see end result. I offered that he leave and that I would contact him the day after with results. He offered to pop back in if the problem had not resolved. He then sent txt msg after 10.30pm to check on status. Told him that he had fixed the issue. He was reluctant to get paid without seeing the end result. I insisted as he assured me he would come back. He is very trustworthy and takes pride in a successful outcome to resolve problems. Keep his number as you will definetly use him as your first point of call.
