Experienced bad service. Not responding to customer calls...purchased ups battery with this agency and done service with other agency....i won't recommend for any ups and battery purchase with these folks.

They charged too much and even they didn't check any thing with multimeter too then they charged 150 for this
Dear sir thank you for your valuable review , nowadays nothing is free in this world even wife , children , parents will not come for free if we not earning . and we are experienced in this field for more than 8 years , we know how to check the battery status , your battery is 8 years old then how come it will work correctly .
