Specially important when you have all valuables present in the home while the workmen's are around. 3. Very flexible, co-operative. 4. Nanda kumar is a cheater. Who ever are giving 5 star rating are his relatives to trap customers. Request customers and suleka to avoid giving any work/notification to this fraud guy. Please block this company from getting any business from Justdial as it is a fake company. Important: Do not pay any money to him until the project completes. 1. He gives false quotes that he will get the job done for less money just to get in to contract. Later customers will figure out that it's a trap. He has no knowledge in anything that he speaks. Big time bluffer/cheater/ con guy. 2. This guy doesn't have any moral or ethics and can change the way he talks any time depending on how much money he gets from the customer during project. 3. Agree with other review that this guy is a proper fraud and scamster. 4. There is no group of company as Dream Home as such. 5. He hires cheap labor without paying them any money and they end up doing a bad job. 6. Beware: He can cook any kind of lies.
