Dear Sir / Madam , Subj : Non issuance of delivery challan and Invoice against my purchase of Refrigerator from your Malad ( West ) showroom .I hereby bring to your kind attention the very poor way of doing business and rendering customer service by your showroom personnel at Malad ( West ) showroom .I bought Refrigerator from Malad ( West ) showroom in name of Shri. J.D.Soomaney ,after negotiating with Mr. Zafar Ali and making payment by RTGS on 13.7.2017 . The Fridge was delivered by yourselves after 2 days with no delivery challan and Invoice . Since then I have phoned Mr. Zafar Ali 5-6 times but with no lifting phone by him . On 16.7.2017 , he called me and informed that the above sales documents were ready and I could come to their showroom and I should come to collect the same .
